Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by WilGlobo Digital Equity Hub ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

WilGlobo Digital Equity Hub provides digital solutions including website design, mobile app development, logo design, content design, business card design, social media management, document design, customer discovery surveys, and e-commerce solutions.

3. Payment Terms

One-Time Payment

For one-time services, payment is due as follows:

• 50% deposit before work begins
• 50% upon completion and before final deliverables are released

Subscription Services

For subscription services:

• A non-refundable upfront retainer fee is required
• Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month
• Subscription terms are for a minimum of 3 months unless otherwise specified

Late Payments

Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide necessary content, information, and feedback in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframe
• Obtain any necessary permissions or licenses for materials provided to us
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

We retain ownership of all preliminary designs, concepts, and work products until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to the final deliverables as specified in your service agreement.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all content, information, and materials you provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Revisions and Alterations

Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this number may incur additional charges. Major changes to the project scope may require a new quote.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project:

• Before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• After work begins but before first draft: 50% of the deposit is refundable
• After first draft is delivered: No refund of the deposit
• For subscription services: 30 days written notice is required for cancellation

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise specified in writing, we reserve the right to display and link to completed projects as part of our portfolio and to describe the project in our promotional materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
